About

I make things. Games, music, electronics, websites, whatever I'm curious about at the moment. By day I'm a Senior Product Manager at a B2B SaaS company working with a Fortune 500 customer. In the evening I play the drums and guitar. By night I tinker and build.

'12 Computer Science Grad. Started coding websites at 14. Played the drums in bands. Built autonomous electronics. Recently discovered game development and shipped two games in beta: PRYMA (my first Godot project) and REACH (something more original). Currently learning motion and animation for my next project.

I've been very impressed with the increase in output allowed by AI. I personally use Claude Code for my newest projects, and have found a love for agent configuration and inter-agent collaboration. See my Philosophy section further below for my stance on AI.

This portfolio is where I'm looking to keep (and showcase) everything. Games that are alright, music experiments that probably don't grate the ears, electronics projects that probably won't blow up, whatever I'm working on.

Philosophy

AI vs Human Creation

I believe AI is a powerful tool, but it should never supplant human creativity.

The realm of visual arts, storytelling, writing, and music belongs to the artists who've spent time and resources honing their skills, and perhaps trying to make a living doing what they love.

I rely on human artists for these things, and I (generously) count myself among them.

AI amplifies what I can do with limited time, energy and resources, but it doesn't replace the intention, vision, or craft that goes into making something worth experiencing.

Ethical Design

For my games and apps, I follow a simple philosophy based on some main tenets:

  • Privacy first (no data collection, tracking, or profiling)
  • Honest design (no dark patterns, manipulation, or gambling mechanics)
  • Fair pricing (no microtransactions, no monetization tricks)

PRYMA and REACH were built with this philosophy in mind. Every future project will follow the same principles.

Games should be fun to play, not manipulative to profit from.
